Light Therapy@ Nadipathy

Light therapy is also known as photo therapy. It uses specific wavelength of light to help treat conditions, Such as psoriasis. The light therapy is being used for seasonal affective disorders. Where the sunlight was used for this therapy, today the beneficial effects of light therapy are well established and involve the use of visible light or non visible light to treat conditions. Light sources include incandescent lights, fluorescent lamps and electric areas.
                Light therapy exploits these properties of light and uses them to create regiments that can help cure, or alleviative the pain brought by certain diseases.  Light therapy can also used for cosmetic purposes, and is often used in psychiatry to relieve weather related depressions. Light therapy involves exposing meridians to specific light wavelengths using light emitting diodes. Such procedure will be prescribed for a short period of time. Under the supervision of the doctor by exposing the skin to ultraviolet light on a regular basis would heal many diseases like psoriasis. Ultraviolet light found in sunlight.
        Starting with 10 minutes of exposing during the noon time and gradually increase exposure time by 30 minutes if the skin tolerates.
